In 1967 I sailed under the Golden Gate bridge on one of the United States finest warships. It was the "Summer of love", and I could almost hear the hippie music at  Golden Gate park from the ship channel. I have been sailing ever since, and today sail as a merchant marine.  I have sailed on most everything; cable ships, tankers, container ships, destroyers, fleet oilers, work barges, commercial fishing boats, the Navy's PBR gun boats... you name it. If you have and questions feel free to contact me, or if you just want to hear a ripping good yarn!
